Our comfortably furnished apartment pine at Winklerhof with 56m2 has:
A living room with kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, pots and accessories.

THE PINE
The pine supports the house: the load-bearing (hidden) elements are the support of the building.
In addition, the pine is an excellent firewood and provides sustainable, cozy warmth.

PRICES
From 84€ per day (minimum occupancy 2 persons)
- High season from 146€ per day (up to 4 people)
Minimum stay: 3 days
for each additional person we charge 22 euros per day
for children under 10 years we charge 11 Euro per day
An additional flat rate of 40 euros is charged per apartment, regardless of the length of stay.
An additional local tax of 2.50 euros is charged per person over the age of 14. This income is used for the maintenance and expansion of infrastructure and for cultural events.

Out of respect for allergy sufferers and our animals living on the farm, pets are not allowed.

Arrival from 14-21 o'clock possible and departure until 9.30 o'clock at the latest!

Charging electric cars is possible at our farm. With the charging station it is possible to charge approx. 5 kW per hour. The price per kWh is ,50€ and will be charged at the end of your stay.

Larch is the hardest and therefore the most robust coniferous species.
It is therefore used in places where the wood is subject to heavy wear.

It grows mostly above 1500m above sea level and thus very slowly. It smells wonderfully pleasant for us humans, but its scent is not popular with vermin.
Studies show that stone pine wood lowers the heart rate at night, which gives you a restful sleep. Therefore, you will find the pine in your sleeping area (the bed construction. ).
The balcony floor is also in pine wood. Since this is very soft and does not splinter, you are welcome to walk on it barefoot.
