THE APARTMENT LARCH

Apartment "Larch" is barrier-free and equipped for 2-6 persons.

Our comfortably furnished apartment with 72 m2 has:

A large living room with kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, pots and accessories.
In the living room extendable double sofa bed, SAT-TV, free internet, table with corner bench and chairs
2 separate bedrooms with double bed (one of them equipped with Sat- Tv)
Large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer
Large terrace with a magnificent view of the Kronplatz mountain

THE LARCH

Larch is the hardest and therefore the most robust coniferous species.

It is therefore used in places where the wood is subject to heavy wear.
Therefore, you can find the larch in the exterior and as wooden floors in the house.
The typical red tint is clearly visible on the facades and balcony railings.

Minimum stay: 3 days
for each additional person we charge 22 euros per day
for children under 10 years we charge 11 Euro per day
per apartment, regardless of the length of stay, an additional lump sum of 40 euros will be charged.
An additional local tax of 2.50 euros is charged per person over the age of 14. This income is used for the maintenance and expansion of infrastructure and for cultural events.

Out of respect for allergy sufferers and our animals living on the farm, pets are not allowed.
Arrival from 14-21 o'clock possible and departure until 9.30 o'clock at the latest!
This regulation is necessary so that we can ensure that the next guests will find a clean and tidy apartment.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Charging electric cars is possible at our farm. With the charging station it is possible to charge approx. 5 kW per hour. The price per kWh is ,50€ and will be charged at the end of your stay.

APARTMENT

The pine tree supports the house: the load-bearing (hidden) elements are the support of the building.
In addition, pine is an excellent firewood and provides lasting, cozy warmth.

The light wood species has a very calm effect and is well suited for use as exposed wood.
You can find spruce throughout the interior as exposed walls and ceiling.

It grows mostly above 1500m above sea level and thus very slowly. It smells wonderfully pleasant for us humans, but its scent is not popular with vermin.
Studies show that stone pine wood lowers the heart rate at night, which gives you a restful sleep. Therefore, you will find the pine in your sleeping area (the bed construction. ).
The balcony floor is also in pine wood. Since this is very soft and does not splinter, you are welcome to walk on it barefoot.
